If you receive a faulty or incorrect product from us, we will arrange a replacement or full refund after you return the product. This process usually takes 7 to 10 business days. No additional shipping charge will be applicable for faulty products.
We follow a "Closed Box Delivery" policy to maintain product authenticity, customer privacy, and prevent tampering.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
If you find any defects (damage, defective, or incorrect product) after opening the box, capture appropriate photos or videos and contact our Customer Service.

Inside Dhaka: Our customer service will arrange a pick-up (terms apply, no charge).
Outside Dhaka: Return via Steadfast/Pathao courier. If your claim is valid, courier costs will be reimbursed.
If your claim is invalid, the product will be sent back, and all courier costs will be borne by you.
