📄 Return and Refund Policy — Pinnacle Enterprise

Customer satisfaction and trust are the top priorities of Pinnacle Enterprise. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product from us, we will arrange a replacement or full refund after you return the product. This process usually takes 7 to 10 business days. No additional shipping charge will be applicable for faulty products.

We follow a "Closed Box Delivery" policy to maintain product authenticity, customer privacy, and prevent tampering.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

  • If you find any defects (damage, defective, or incorrect product) after opening the box, capture appropriate photos or videos and contact our Customer Service.

  • Must notify within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Only faulty products are eligible.

No Refund or Exchange for:

  • Used, swatched, liquid, or semi-liquid products.

  • If you change your mind after purchase, or dislike the product's color, texture, smell, or design.

  • If the product’s seal is broken or it doesn’t suit you.

For Incorrect Orders:
If you mistakenly ordered a product, you can exchange it by covering the return and re-delivery charges.

How to Return & Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: Our customer service will arrange a pick-up (terms apply, no charge).

  • Outside Dhaka: Return via Steadfast/Pathao courier. If your claim is valid, courier costs will be reimbursed.

If your claim is invalid, the product will be sent back, and all courier costs will be borne by you.
